Thought, Feeling, and Imagination
Many of us live with patterns of thought and feeling that ignite our fears. These patterns begin with habitual thoughts that are negative. We think about how we’ve been hurt before, and we drift into fear and anger. We think about all the things that could go wrong with a situation, or our life, until fear grows within us. Fear and Influence
There are many therapies, techniques, and strategies that we can use to overcome fear.
But if we free ourselves from our big fears, and still have no sense of possibility, no place that we truly want to go to, what will we use our freedom for? Where will we end up going?

Guilt is all about that.
It’s about feeling that you’re not good enough, [Continue reading: It’s Not Your Fault!]
Love to Dream, Hate to Dream
This is an age where people are afraid to dream.
You don’t believe me.
We have too many cable channels to count.
We have movies with incredible special effects, computer games that grow more elaborate all the time, and multiplayer games and virtual worlds on the internet.
And we have an unending supply of novels that are released, month after month, most in print, but some as e-books.
With all of this, our heads are full of dreams. [Continue reading: Are You Afraid to Dream?]
